Our offer

We want to work with individuals, organisations and networks across the criminal, civil and social justice sectors who are curious about their place in justice and wider eco-systems and are willing to try something different to improve their individual and/or collective impact.

We offer training and strategic consultancy, as well as undertaking research projects.

Our practices and principles can help you become more confident in understanding the complex, systemic issues you are trying to address and build your capacity to find positive and sustainable solutions to achieve the changes you wish to see in our justice systems.

We grow understanding, capacity and movements by providing transformative learning opportunities, facilitating transformative spaces and fostering transformative collaboration.

  • We provide learning opportunities 1:1 and in groups for individuals, teams, networks and movements working on complex issues providing expertise on transformational approaches to deepen systemic impact.

We also provide taster sessions introducing transformative approaches, longer courses, and opportunities for reflective practice to build capacity and confidence.

  • We create safe spaces to consider difficult questions or strategic challenges.

These are ‘sense-making’ spaces to reflect, understand issues more deeply from different perspectives, imagine future possibilities and explore how we might make them happen.

We can help you with your conferences and other events, awaydays, strategic planning and even retreats.

We also run systems clinics to support those working on complex justice issues as they experiment with identifying and implementing transformative solutions.

We convene conversations on systemic issues to open up space for change.

  • We work in collaborative partnerships with individuals, organisations, networks and movements nationally and globally.

We can support with systems mapping, strategies and action plans.

We collaborate with academics, researchers and reformers to experiment with different ways of intervening in systems and of achieving systemic impact, blending traditional and transformative research methods.

We also develop our own activities and projects to break down silos and foster collaboration.

Testimonials

“Working with Justice Futures has helped us to articulate the ways in which our work 'nourishes the conditions' for systems change, to embrace the complexity of how change happens, and understand how to capture what really matters.

In particular, we have been delighted to embed new creative and participatory approaches to measuring impact, shaped in collaboration with women and girls with lived experience of multiple unmet needs and our Alliance members.”
